i stayed for five nights, AND i found the location very calm. my room had a nice view of the Hie shrine, AND skyscrapers looked in the background. the location is great, VERY calm.
the western breakfast was not good, and it wasnt worth the money.

i found the location to be very convenient , with a subway station nearby. after long days of walking, the onsen was perfect. the room was very clean , i would say almost super clean. it was useful to have a coffee machine in the room.
the centrally controlled heating was too hot. it would be better if individual room temperature control was available.

The location is convenient. The metro station is very close. I found fresh towels delivered to my room daily. The breakfast choice was good.
The room was small for two people. I could barely stand with another person. The staff barely communicated in english. The official restaurant was closed all the time.

the hotel is near a main metro station. i felt safer due to the police presence near the prime minister's residence. the onsen provided excellent relaxation after a day of walking.
the breakfast bread seemed like it was reused on multiple days.
